How to restrict account records based on Business Unit ?

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have one custom field in Account object called "Business Unit", It stores account owner's Business unit. Now one user logged in and he can able to see all accounts. This need to be restricted, One user should be able to see only the accounts belongs to his Business unit and shouldn't be able to see other business unit accounts.

kindly please help to restrict account records to users based on Business Unit !
