View payment methods as of date is not visible for employees

Hi,


Personal Payment Methods screen is different for employees and HR.


To HR, date field is available on top "View payment methods as of " with options as - All dates or specific date.

But this is not visible for employees?

There is no option to enable it for employees as well using any customization tool.
