How to Ignore ex-employees in Duplicate Check
Summary:
When moving a candidate to HR, we need to be able to differentiate between ex-employees and current, active employees. We are not permitted to use rehire for ex-employees and need to be able to create a whole new person record and work relationship for ex-employees,

We have an ongoing problem wherein we are not permitted to rehire ex-employees. We have to take them on as if they were completely new Hires.
The problem we have is that the system currently identifies a duplicate (an ex-employee record exists) and only offers the action to create a new work relationship. We need the option to create a new worker.
