Problems with Migration at CX Sales in the Module Business Intelligence

Hello, i am trying to migrate my configurations of CX Sales do the production environment through Migration process. I created a JAR file at test environment and uploaded at production environment. After more than 5 hours, the process ended with failed status and pointing to a error at Modulo Business Intelligence. Any clues about what could be happening?

And how can i access this file:

BI module log file is /u01/APPLTOP/instance/otbilcm/logs/BI_CSM_Import/
