Background Image in Search Page not appearing similar to Home Page in Career Site

To have the same Background image in both Home page and Search Page.
Issue:
In Home Page the Background image is working fine but in Search Page.

In Home page we have a size: 2560 x 1600 pixels and should not exceed 1 MB
Do we need to have a different size for Search Page? If yes would you know the size?
