Data forms POV does not get saved.

In FCC application when user opens a data form and saves the POV. The saved POV automatically gets erased next month.

In FCC application when user open a data form and saves the POV. It automatically changes next month. The POV gets saved for about a month and sometime in another month the saved POV disappears, and the user will again need to select all the POV. Why does the POV change every month and is there any way to prevent it?
