Is there any documentation about Journeys task related to DOR?

How we know that the attached document in Journeys task is getting auto uploaded in DOR.

Checking the task with a task type Document there is a setting about, Add Attachments to Document Records.

Does it mean that the attached document in the task will be auto uploaded to DOR only if there is a setup value in Add Attachments to Document Records and document will not be uploaded if setup is blank? Thanks
