Employee not getting email notification when a checklist is assigned- Only getting bell notification

Summary:

Hello,

We have created a checklist template and added several tasks in it.

On the notification and reminders tab for each task, we have enabled the following as per below screenshot.

Notification mode is already set to ALL. The employee is receiving bell notification for the checklist assigned but not email.

Please advice on how to resolve.
