Is there a way to create Counterparty transactions in EPCM?

Summay:

For EPCM Transfer Pricing based Application, we want to create counterparty entries of Transfer Pricing Results.

Content (required):

If Transfer Pricing Results of an Entity (E0001) and Intercompany (ICP0005) for a period is $100. We want to create an additional Counterparty entry where Entity is (E0005) and Intercompany as (ICP0001) for the same period with $100.

Note: Entity and Intercompany have same dimensinality except Prefixing "E" for entity and "ICP" for Intercompany.

Is there a way to acheive this within EPCM?
