Manage Predefined Audience Criteria - Eligibility Profile

Content (required):

We want that Campaign Administrator creates the eligibility profile for employee communicate module. The problem is that Profile usage field on Eligibility profile screen shows all values(Benefit, Performance, Compensation etc). There is a risk that campaign administrator can select other profile usage value instead of employee communicate.

We want to restrict the values in profile usage so that it can only show Employee Communicate. Is there any way to achieve this?
