Redwood HR Helpdesk 23C - Queue Security - Quick Question

Summary:

Hi All,

I have a quick question about queues and agents.

If an Agent is not a member of a queue, they create a request and assign it to that queue. Should they be able to view the request even when they are not a member of the queue?

Example:

Agent1 creates a request for employee1 and assigns the request to queue1.

Agent1 is not a member of queue1.

Agent1 can see the request they created for queue1 even though they are not a member of this queue.

How do I stop Agent 1 viewing this request in queue1?
