Supply Order Number not getting generated for Back-to Back Transfer Flow

Summary:

We are testing Back-to-Back Sales Order (Transfer Flow). For the same, we have set up ATP Rules, Global Sourcing rule and local sourcing rule, assigned the Back-to-Back enabled item to Global Sourcing rule and Item & Org combination to Local Sourcing rule in Assignment Set as can been in the below screenshots.

We have also set interorg Parameters as well as transit time for Transfer to take place and ran the collection Job set and refreshed the GOP Server before creating the Sales order but when sales order gets submitted no supply order number is generated and we can see an exception message in the Supply Orchestration stating- "The supply request failed because Global Order Promising didn't create a supply recommendation."
