Content (required): I observed that under the Journeys forum on CCC the posts are being marked as Closed, which is not helpful for the community. Even the posts where correct answer was provided are also marked as Closed by someone instead of leaving them as 'Answered'. The status helps the users to check them first. I have not seen this happening in other forums like HCM, Security Talent etc.

Can we please do not mark the post as Closed. Also I want to understand is Oracle's perspective of using closed?
