The Phone number format is incorrect!

Hi, good afternoon.

I'm getting this error on the external career site when a Candidate from Brazil tries to apply for that vacancy. However, in another client in Brazil, also with similar configurations, it does not give the error, that is, it allows the 11 digits to be entered.

Why does this problem occur and where could I correct it?

(both clients have version 23C)
