General Ledger journal reports

Summary:

As per below oracle link, we are supposed to have a seeded report called Journal Reports that allows us to run and view journals by selecting specific journal batches.

However , i run this report via the scheduled processes, i do not see the parameters for Journal batches

Can anyone please advise what am i missing ?
