e offer functionality Issues
Hi Team,
We have certain requirements while enabling e offer functionality in Taleo.
- Candidates’ Password: Password to be sent along with username(in first email) in some combination. Ex: first 4 letters of name as per Aadhar and year of Birth : "Moni@2000" etc..
- Automated reminders : Expiration timelines to be set on offer link(recommend 15 days) and automated reminder framework for candidates not accepting timely
- Offer refused cases: conditional field for reason of offer drop as per Taleo reasons
- Comments: to be removed from offer acceptance page/ we don't want to capture comments at this stage
Is it possible to do these checks in e -offers.
