Hi, any idea why some system messages don't show in the conversation logs in Analytics?
The 'intent menu' (the menu that shows for a user when their utterance can apply to multiple intents) doesn't seem to get captured in conversation logs at the skill level or the DA level.
When more then one intent reaches the confidence threshold and win margin the DA offers a menu through which the user can select the relevant intent. This isn't showing in any conversation logs which means we're not seeing the entire conversation. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks
