HR Admin Notification not getting triggered

Summary:

Hi All,

We have an issue regarding a notification. 

When a candidate is selected and accepts the job offer, the recruiter moves the candidate to the hiring step “Move to HR”: 

This action is necessary to move the candidate in the “Pending Workers” section, where he will be converted to employee by HR Admin team.

But this notification is not being received by HR admins.

Could you please help us resolving the issue.
