Summary: We recently customized the Deferred Compensation-457 fast formula to allow the appropriate limits per our interpretation of the IRS laws. I wanted to check with the community to see if we are alone with this requirement or if it is more common than we realize. Our company's interpretation of the limits are not consistent with the limits configured via the default fast formula which required us to customize the fast formula.
