How to edit Discounts at Order applying based on Discount List?

Is is possible to manually edit the discounts that are applying based on discount list. There are 4 types of different discounts that are coming, the requirement is to manually edit the amount against each discount.

We cannot use the manual adjustment option as it will add an manual adjustment but will not edit the applied discount.
