Can Oracle make automatic calculation for specific payroll elements?
our customer wants to manage Target Bonus both as % of Annual Salary and as fixed amount.
Based on the Target Bonus %, the Target Bonus Amount should be automatically calculated. As a result, two payroll elements should be configured.
Is it possible to achieve it?
Do you know if Oracle can do automatic calculations based on the % loaded at the employee level?
