Summary:

Is it possible to restart a HR Helpdesk milestones when an employee updates the request?

Currently the milestone is paused when the status of the request is at 'Waiting' and it will stay in this state until the request changes status.

Is there a profile option that needs to be set to allow the milestones to be restarted once a note has been added by the employee or any other way to restart the milestone?
