Hello,

In the context of the new features listed on the 23C update cloud readiness (https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/b2b-service/releases/23C/23C-b2b-service-wn.htm#F27864), can you please give me some clarifications related with:

1) Service Center -> Service Request Management -> Update Multiple Records at the Same Time in Service Center List Pages --> This option is new for the Redwood Experience Service Center, correct? For the classic experience, this is a feature that is already available. Does this feature in the classic experience will have any change / update?
