Free Tier- Resources Utilization

Summary:

Using a free tier account, I created an instance, due to some misconfigurations I just terminated it. It's been 48 hours so when try to create a new instance

I get a popup for boot volume charges, whereas I have already deleted the boot volume. And also not showing in the boot volume tab (i double checked in all the compartments) nothing is there.

Anyone can help to sort it out.
