What Scheduled processes to run after quarterly patch update or Instance Refresh

Summary:

Hi Experts,

With new features like Oracle Search coming in, for the Oracle Search fields to work, we need to run and schedule Ingestion processes - "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" for various parameters like fa-hcm-job; fa-hcm-position, fa-hcm-profile, fa-hcm-person, etc etc.

Do we have any list or documentation which gives us like a list of parameters to run for "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" process?

We have had some incidents in prod where suddenly things started to not appear in the dropdown LOVs for Oracle Search. We had re-run the scheduled processes and it got fixed. We do not want these type of incidents to happen again in future. Please advise if any documentation available on this.

Howdy, Stranger!
