What privileges gives access to update common lookup codes in fusion

Hi,

I am able to read lookup type using rest api.

fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/genericLookups?q=LookupType="XXIC_BATCH_CREATION_STATUS"

I am getting 404 error while reading child values using rest api.

fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/genericLookups/00020000001A585849435F42415443485F4352454154494F4E5F5354415455530000000EACED000577080000000000000003/child/lookupCodes/EMEA


I tried creation of custom role with Privileges "Manage Application Common Lookup, Manage Financial Application Lookups".

Still it gives error while reading all lookup codes/specific lookup codes.

Can anyone know what privileges required for this.
