How to display descriptive flexfields

Some time ago we created descriptive flexfields on the person's goal page, and when adding a goal, now the customer has asked us to change the order of the fields. The DFF are minimum target, target, maximum target. We have made them visible at all times, however when we display goals that have already been mapped in the system, we can display these DFF, but when we go into the ADD of a goal, we do not display them. 

We were therefore able to change the order of the DFF in the goal display section, via page composer, but we are unable to do so in the goal ADD section, since we do not display them and therefore with page composer we do not see the field.
