After instance reboot i get error and cannot connect to server end Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

I get error after trying to boot image. full log :

Maybe it is related to update done via dnf update but I am not sure.

How can I fix this error ?
