Unsubscribe report for Eloqua email groups linked to emails

I'm trying to figure out how to see the data for Eloqua email group unsubscribes based off of emails. Some reports will show you contacts who have globally unsubscribed and be able to connect it to an email. What I want to do is how I can tie back unsubscribes from email groups tied back to an email (these contacts that are still globally subscribed but unsubscribed from an email group)
