Sales order goes on error/.hold due to Customer exceeding the Credit Limit. Case folder is created for exceeding the credit limit. Then, a sales rep cancels the Sales Order; but the case folder is still open/pending. Can the Credit Case folder be automatically closed so the Credit Analyst does not look at it because the sales order is now cancelled and the credit case folder is no longer valid/applicable?
