If an HR help desk agent is out of the office and has delegation for other HR items, does the HR Help Desk account for it? Meaning, that when they are out of the office using delegation, would HRHD not assign tickets to them during the same period to time?

Our client is using HRHD for complaints of discrimination and civility, and a prompt response is critical. If an agent is out of the office and the service request is assigned to them, response to such SRs will be delayed. Is there any way to assign delegation for such scenarios?
