Inherit Segment Value Attributes Scheduled Job Security

We would like to know which Security/Job role(s) allow business users to run Inherit Segment Value Attributes Scheduled Job

Our business have been granted Application Implementation Consultant to setup COA and run Inherit Segment Value Attributes. They have too much access as end users. They have access to General Accounting Manager, but that does not allow them to run the scheduled job. I don't believe that's the only security role that provide end users to run Inherit Segment Value Attributes. We need to limit their access.
