Salary column not calculating based on default value

Summary:

There is a default value set for the Percentage of Eligible Salary (CPI Increase %) for a component - this value feeds to the Compensation Amount (CPI increase amount) to be dynamically calculated. However, the Adjusted Salary column (Proposed TRP) is not calculating.

The value does appear when we run the refresh data batch process - is there any way to trigger the Adjusted Salary column to calculate without refreshing the data? The dynamic calculations area is greyed out for this column as the calculations are delivered.
