Notification behavior after the employee who submitted is no more in Organization
Summary:
Notification behavior after the employee who submitted is no more in Organization
Content (required):
Hi Team,
Usecase - Employee submits a ICP transaction and it goes for approval to the manager on 1st Sep 2023. Now today is 10th Oct and the Employee has resigned/terminated with effective date of 30th Sep 2023. So if the manager goes to the approval notification to action the transaction, they see the warning:
Manager is though able to Approve/Reject and the behavior is as expected. Though the Information/Input Values do not show in the notification.
Is this expected behavior since the employee is no longer active? Kindly confirm.
