How does the use of a wrapper site impact the tracking data within career site?

Hi there,

We are looking to understand the impact/potential implications of using a wrapper site for our careers site.

As an example - JP Morgan have a wrapper site for their careers portal:

Where users will then be redirected to JP Morgan's oracle career site when they click on the 'Apply Now' button:

We are looking to understand how undertaking this approach will impact the tracking data that is currently offered in the career site.

If anyone has had previous experiences with this approach and would be able to share their insights that would be greatly appreciated!
