Create Income Statement Closing Journals has no parameters available?

Requirement is to be able to run income statement closing monthly. As per Oracle documentation, this could be achieved through running the scheduled process "Create Income Statement Closing Journals" (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/23b/faugl/create-closing-journals-for-balance-sheet-and-income-statement.html#s20044576).

When selecting Scheduled processes > Create Income Statement Closing Journals - no parameters are displayed.

Also, when navigating to General accounting > Period close - income statement closing journals link is not available in the Year-End Processing section.

Setup details are included in the attached document.

Please advise what needs to be configured in order to be able to run this process.
