How can we add a surrogate scorer to an RFX that does not have access to the Fusion module?  A scorer needs to score a RFX, this person is a consultant, this user is not part of organization. Traditionally we would add a user from procurement team, let them upload the scoring sheet for that external user after the external user has scored, they would then add a comment in the task, that they are merely uploading on behalf of the external user.
