The Technical Services (TS) team is a group of experts in Oracle Configure, Price, Quoting (CPQ) who are the first point of engineering contact for Customer Support to address incoming issues from customers. They work closely with Customer Support (CS) to resolve these issues by reviewing the issues and providing solutions or workarounds. TS also reviews issues to identify and/or confirm product bugs and assigns these bugs to Development to address. This is a global team with team members currently based out of the US and Europe.
