Employment - Working Hours and Frequency - How to key information

edited Oct 17, 2023 2:21AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary:

Hi,

We have a scenario where user had change in work schedule. They went from Weekly to Biweekly work schedule.

In this scenario, we key total hours fx. 70 as [Working Hours] and then select Frequency [Biweekly]. However, this resulted in extra payment for this use with the retro process.

Once changed the [Working Hours] to 35 and [Frequency] to Weekly, retro process didn't pick extra payment.

So, we would like to confirm the approach in this scenario how we can key the data in this scenario.

Thanks

Imran
