How to change default filter in journeys page under 'My team' tab for managers

Hello,

We have a requirement from Customer where line managers should directly see 'Direct Reports' results by default, when accessing Journeys page, under "My team".

As of now, managers see information filtered by 'Organization'

It seems to be possible via VBS.

Can someone explain how to achieve this?
