Employee should not be able to update key attribute of Organization goal
Summary:
When the Organization head creates a goal and clicks 'Shared as an organization goal,' later, when an employee adds that goal to their goal plan, the employee can change all the information in that specific goal, such as the goal name, start date, end date, etc. However, the system should not allow the employee to modify the goal name and other important key attributes.
We already have this functionality when a manager assigns a goal and unchecks the 'Allow worker to update key attributes' option. In this case, employees cannot change any attributes. Unfortunately, this is not the case in the organization.
