Summary:

We have setup Regional Tax Levy for Iowa. We are facing an issue with employees who have pay less than the Tax Levy but not zero. System is raising an error that negative pay is not allowed in case of less pay. If the pay/ earnings is zero system is not throwing an error and process zero check as expected.


It looks like system is not allowing Partial Regional Tax Levy. How can we make sure system continue to deduction partial regional tax levy without throwing negative net pay error.
