How do we set the order of our prescreen question automatically?

Summary: We want to be able to set up our prescreen questions automatically.

Content (required): We do not give the recruiters access to add, edit, or reorder prescreen questions when they build a requisition. These are automatically loaded and currently not in an ideal order that would make sense for a candidate. We'd like to be able to set the prescreen questions up to be in the order we want them to load in the application automatically.
