Unable to add team members to communication team - HCM Communicate

Summary:

Hi,

As a Campaign Admin, user should be able to add Team Members to a Communication Team, apart from the default value of owner selected, however user is unable to add any users/employees to the team, attached is the screenshot

Content (required):

Upon selecting the Add Owner, No Suggestions to display is getting popped up. User has following roles- ORA_IRC_EMPLOYEE_CAMPAIGN_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB , ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB and ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB.

I have referred the attached document for step by step implementation
