Payroll elements configuration

Hello experts,

we have created a payroll element called Target Bonus both as percentage and as fixed value.

The fixed value should be automatically calculated according to the % determined as % of Annual Salary.

Is it possible to achieve it by standard functionalities? If so, could you share the steps?

In case we can do it just by Payroll Fast Formula, please could you share same examples?
