Employee cannot see Journey that is assigned

Hello - I am very new using Journey. Trying to deploy our first one in the near future but I am stuck with employee not able to view assigned journey. The journey is assigned to the employee and as a HR Specialist I can see it and act on it on behalf of the employee. But the employee cannot see it under Me>Journey.

I have verified that the Employee role has "Access Journey by worker (ORA_PER_ACCESS_JOURNEY_BY_WORKER)"

Is there anything I might be missing?

I appreciate any guidance! Thank you
