How do you update state balances using HSDL? I don't see a field for the corresponding state.

I need help to understand how to update state and local balances in Oracle Fusion

Content (required):

I ran the HSDL to adjust multiple balances. The load was successful and I ran the Adjust Multiple Balances process afterwards. The Federal amounts updated, but the state amounts did not. I am assuming it requires telling the entries which state is involved, but I don't see a field on the HSDL for state. Is there a way to add that information in without rolling back the HSDL loads. Either way, how would I put the state into the HSDL?
