Expose all properties of web-sdk in HCM Experience Design Studio
Summary:
There are many use cases where customers need to personalize the appearance and functionality of the chat widget in HCM. From simple things like changing the icon colour, to more complex things like adding a feedback bar or additional menu item.
The web-sdk is very rich and enables all of these possibilities, but when configuring it through HCM Experience Design Studio only a tiny fraction of the options are exposed, meaning that it is impossible to truly brand and personalise the chat widget to meet the customer requirements.
I understand that HCM is a SaaS product and thus you need to test all functionality that is enabled within it, and be able to control/limit it. The Service Cloud product has the same architecture and constraints, and yet they expose the full set of web-sdk options, so it is clearly possible.
