Share Goal Drop Down Option missing in our Custom Role

Hi Team,

We have few custom role is now required to include all Goals and Performance privileges.

One of our custom is created only to access Learn earlier and now we are looking forward to include all Goals and Performance privileges.

We don't see the Goal Share option enabled for our custom role, provided screenshot below.

Under Me - Your Goals

Select a Goal and Click on Action to share the Goal

We don't see any result in Add Worker option.

We are looking for the below privilege.

Attached list of Roles and Privilege's included in our Custom Role, Please suggest.
