Media URL not loading

Content (required):

We have been working on a checklist that includes videos from our internal sharepoint site. We had been able to access these using the Media URL but after our 23C upgrade these are no longer appearing to work. They are not embedded videos, just a URL to our sharepoint site. We can access the site from the same browser, but when doing the checklist/journey from the HCM the videos are no longer playing. Did a search on the Support site and it is talking about having to store videos on the webcenter to access. Is
